Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes. Your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged when your current subscription reaches its final date.

Does Susan have an app?

Yes. Susan’s app is called “Daily Horoscope Astrologyzone + More” by Susan Miller. It is available for nearly all devices. You can find her app in the Apple Store as well as Google Play.

How much does Susan’s app cost?

Susan’s app is free. Just go to Apple’s App Store or Google Play to download her app to your device. Once you have the app, you can make an in-app purchase to upgrade the app.

How to see or cancel a subscription on the Google Play app (Android Phones and Tablets).

Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store .
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu  Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.
How to see or cancel subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions,” tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap Subscriptions.)
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.
I downloaded the app and paid for a subscription, but the paid-for version isn’t showing up on my phone (or other devices).

If you have an active subscription, you may need to Restore the subscription. Follow these steps: Open the app, click on the menu icon in the top left corner, then click “Your Settings”, from there, click “Subscribe Now” and select “Restore purchase.”
Apple and Google Play use the credit card you have on file with them for your app purchases. If you’re unsure whether payment went through, neither Apple or Google Play will allow you to purchase the same app twice. They have a fail-safe system, so you cannot possibly purchase it more than once.
If none of these steps work the phone may need to be reset. Try turning your phone/device off and on. You can also try deleting the app and re-downloading it.

I just upgraded my iPhone, and I can’t transfer my AstrologyZone app to my new iPhone.

If you upgraded your cell phone and want to transfer your app, here are instructions from Invemo, who publishes Susan’s app, on just how to do that:

1. Start the Astrology Zone application on your phone.

2. On the menu, which appears on the bottom of the screen, select Daily to access the Daily Horoscope.

3. On the Daily Horoscope screen, select Learn More About Full Horoscopes!

4. On the Full Horoscope Subscriptions screen, select Purchase a Subscription.

5. On the Subscription screen, select the Restore Purchases button on the bottom of the screen.

6. On the Please Sign Up screen, select the Sign In button on the bottom of the screen and input the email address and password that was used to purchase the <subscription type> and it should resume your subscription.

I want to subscribe to Susan’s new app, but when I go to the iTune’s Apple App Store (Lifestyle) I see only the free app. How can I subscribe?

Once you get the free app, you can subscribe inside the app. You will see a button “Subscription Details” under your short free daily forecast. When you press that button, a menu of prices will come up for you to choose, depending on how long you want your subscription to be.

What devices will Susan’s app work on?

Susan’s app will work on all iOS devices utilizing minimum iOS version 11.0 or above. For Android devices, you will need Android version 7.0 (Nougat) or above.

What if I live overseas or don’t have an iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Android, or Samsung Galaxy cell phone. Can I still see Susan’s long daily forecasts?

Yes. By going to Susan’s other partner’s site, www.DailyAstrologyZone.com, you can subscribe to all 12 signs every day, and your horoscopes will be sent to your email account inside your cell phone and computer.

When does my app subscription begin?

Your app will be available to you as soon as the transaction for your subscription is complete.

Will my app work on both my iPhone and iPad?

Yes. You can use your app on either your iPhone or iPad. Just make sure you’re signed into the same Apple account.
