Career, friendship, travel, and love are all on the agenda in this busy month, and with two eclipses coming up, life is about to change dramatically in the area of love and relationships. You have a lot on your agenda! Let's start at the beginning.
As you begin July, Mars will be finishing up a six-week journey through your travel sector. If you haven't had a chance to go on holiday - to a place on distant shores - you may be able to squeeze in a fun trip during July's first ten days. Do go if you can! Judging by your chart, you won't need to go alone. It seems you have a partner who will be happy to take off with you. Travel for business or pleasure for either type of trip would prove to be a fun experience, and if done for work, profitable, too.
Your very best day to spontaneously pack and go would be July 7, thanks to a lovely beam from Mars to Uranus.
Many Virgos work in publishing or broadcasting because many members of your sign have considerable talent in the communication arts. If this describes you, look for new opportunities to shine during the same first ten days of July. An agent, manager, or other professional middleman will be instrumental to your success. You may also get career help in the form of a tip from an untraditional source, such as from a co-worker or romantic interest.
When Mars moves into Gemini on July 12, you will enter an even stronger period for career success, lasting through August 25. It does not matter what type of work you do - this will be your six weeks to make important career gains. In fact, mid-July through August may bring news of your biggest career breakthrough of the past two years.
Venus will be orbiting with Mars in your tenth house of fame too, allowing you to easily create a nice buzz about your accomplishments. If you are asked to give a speech, accept, for your talk will be enthusiastically received by the audience. You may be asked to give references to a prospective employer this month too, and if so, you'll find just the right person to speak up for you. Venus will be your best career buddy from July 5 to 30 - a nice, long time!
You may have seen some encouraging professional developments a little over a month ago, just after the new moon of May 24. Now, talks will ratchet up to an even more advanced level. Mercury was retrograde in May, however, so it's possible you felt that those early talks got off to a shaky start or lagged in a frustrating way. No matter - you will be given a second chance to either stabilize the opportunity that came up or to interview for an even better position. This time you will find it easier to make a name for yourself and to find positions that would be right for you.
As said, you will have until August 25 to firm up talks. It would be a shame not to use such a rare, important period for career success as you have now, so make an effort not to be on vacation during that period. You will want to be at your desk when the whole world begins to open up like a big juicy coconut! Hopefully you can postpone your vacation until the last week of August or go during September (when Mercury will retrograde again - nothing important will take place in that month). Or, you can try to take your holiday quickly, during July's first week. You just want to be back by July 12 when Mars will start to work his magic for your career.
Now let's turn to the subject of the two eclipses, due July 7 and 21, set to light the two most social areas of your chart.
The first eclipse on July 7 will be in Capricorn, a sign that blends beautifully with yours, and that will light your fifth house of true love. This will be a very powerful and mainly friendly full moon lunar eclipse. If you have been dating, this will be the time that you will be urged to decide about how you feel about that relationship. If you are happy, you will want to stay with the person you are with and to make more of that relationship. If you feel this relationship has no future, you will likely leave.
I feel the chances are good that you will want to not only stay, but also want to draw closer. This full moon will be beautifully angled to Saturn, the planet of stability, so this all bodes well! Saturn coincidentally rules your solar fifth house of true love, so this is a double dip of luck. You may find that you and your sweetheart have a serious talk about the future - one that makes you glow because you see that your love is being returned in equal measure.
If you are not dating but would like to meet someone new, be sure to be out and about on July 7 plus or minus one week. Eclipses, especially friendly ones like this one, can create life-altering results, such as the very fateful day you meet your one true love. Give this date a plus or minus one week, but also circle the date next month, August 7 plus or minus five days, as sometimes an eclipse will deliver its news one month later).
The same house of your solar chart, the fifth house, so lit up for you, also rules children and pregnancy, so if you are attached, you may be discussing plans for a baby. Eclipses usually bring on big life events, so deciding to have a baby would fit here. An eclipse will often speed up a timetable, so the pregnancy may be a surprise, but even so, it looks like you'd be happy about the news. If you have all your children, then you may find that one of your children is "in the news" in your life - with lots of exciting things happening to make you proud.
There is one other possible manifestation of this full moon eclipse July 7, and it involves a possible creative endeavor that you've been working on for some time.
Near July 7, you may put the final touches on that creative project, or if you've been working on the development of an idea, near this date you may get the green light to begin - and get the budget to move ahead, too! With a friendly beam from Mars and Uranus, you may find that a business or romantic partner could be the person who makes your luck happen. In the business sense, this person may be an agent, manager, casting director, or collaborator.
If you were born on September 7, you will feel this eclipse most and, I feel, benefit the most from whatever comes up as a result.
In this busy month you will also have a new moon solar eclipse, July 21, and this eclipse will light your eleventh house of friendship, humanitarian concerns, and all sorts of groups and communities of people. After this solar eclipse appears, you will find many people pouring into your life, and you will likely make many acquaintances. See if you make a new friend - it's very possible now and that person will be a catalyst to introducing you to more new people down the road. You may also do some excellent career networking with influential types who will be able to help you get ahead.
Uranus will be in perfect angle to this new moon, so the types you meet won't be stogy or boring, but rather, intuitive, highly creative types whom you will find incredibly stimulating. Indeed, the fact that an eclipse is stirring up your social life tells me that the people you will meet in the weeks to come will have an important bearing on your future. With Mars in a good angle too, the career benefits from socializing will soon become very obvious to you!
You may also decide to use digital (online) social networks to your advantage in July, for Jupiter, the giver of gifts and luck, will moving through the digital-minded sign of Aquarius. Even though you'll be busy answering your email in weeks ahead with all these new names flowing into your email, don't stop at interacting with others in real life! Make an effort to attend all sorts of club events, panels, breakfasts, seminars, trade shows, party mixers, charity fundraisers, and other activities. Not only will Mars be in the right angle to help you, but Venus will be, too. In fact, Venus will be in good angle to Jupiter all month, which will help you rally the support of others and also help you have a lot of fun while you do so!
If you regularly do volunteer work for a charity or community project, you may assume a high-profile leadership position in the organization you belong to and will find ways to make quite a difference to the people you are trying to help.
If you were born on September 21 or five days prior to that, you will benefit most from this solar eclipse. Having said that, this eclipse falls at 29 degrees, so chances are that every Virgo, of every birthday, will have something to celebrate.
To give you a little context on what is happening this month, the family of eclipses you will see arriving now will be fairly new to you. The world has not seen eclipses in Cancer-Capricorn since 2000-2001, and prior to that, not since 1990-1992. This is a trend that will continue for two years, so it's important and will be ongoing. The emphasis on developing your personal life to a greater degree to make it richer and more satisfying is a trend that will only increase. The emphasis on finding love and nurturing that love will grow larger as you go along.
In term of friendship and your involvement in groups and communities, if you don't feel ready to get involved now, you can wait for future eclipses. The next two are due December 31, 2009, and January 15, 2010. In terms of your involvement in a charity, you could opt to do small things, such as to sign up for a "5K Run for the Cure" that raises money and awareness, or you can do things on a larger scale, by taking on a whole committee in your organization. Involvement with groups and clubs will be very big in coming months!
Finally, the eleventh house, where your solar eclipse will occur on July 21, also rules your hopes and wishes - that magical part of the chart acts as the repository for the private dreams that you hold dear. Everyone's dreams are different, of course, but generally they can be divided into two categories: spiritual ("I want to a baby of my own" or "I hope to go back to college for a degree") or material ("Someday I want to own a house with a garden" or "I want a new car.") It doesn't matter which your dream happens to be - the July 21 eclipse may help you achieve that dream or get much closer to grasping it.
This month you may say goodbye to a friend or a lover. Sometimes an eclipse will "eclipse out" someone you care about, or were used to seeing in a friendly way every day. Even with good eclipses (like these will be), that sense of loss sometimes accompanies an eclipse too, making it feel a bit bittersweet. Because you have eclipses in both your platonic (July 21) and romantic (July 7) parts of your chart, you may see this happen to an alliance that is either type. Not everyone will see this happen, but some will, so I felt I should let you know to be prepared. Change is a part of life, as are some separations, dear Virgo, but I agree - knowing this often doesn't make dealing with them any easier.
Uranus, now in your committed partnership sector, will go retrograde on July 1. This suggests you might change your mind about either a business or romantic partner this month. Or, you may change your mind about a goal you had committed to do together. Uranus will stay in retrograde until December 1, and it is normal for this planet of unexpected developments to go backward. You may simply put off doing something you had planned to do together because of other things going on in your life, so this turn of Uranus to retrograde is nothing to be especially worried about. Watch the days surrounding July 1 to see if you notice anything come up. Usually if you were to see anything, it would happen then.
If your birthday falls between September 14 and 22, then you are dealing with a highly erratic behavior from a romantic or business partner. Your situation is different from other Virgos, for you have Uranus opposition the Sun, a once in a lifetime aspect. If you have it, you know it - this is not a subtle aspect at all. If you wake up every day wondering what this person is going to be like that day, you know what Uranus opposed to the Sun is like. Your Virgo friends who have birthdays that fall between August 23 and September 13 already faced this challenge.
For example, August-born friends wrestled with Uranus opposed to the Sun sometime between 2003 and 2005. Those born September 1-13 dealt with this aspect between 2005 and 2008. (The earlier the Virgo birthday, the longer ago this aspect came up.) I tell you this so that you know you are not being singled out. Everyone gets this aspect sooner or later, assuming we all live to 84-years-old. I say 84 because it takes Uranus 84 years to make a complete revolution around the Sun, through all zodiac signs.
When Uranus moves out of Pisces in March 2011, it will never be back to this place in your lifetime. In 2010, Uranus will move back and forth from Pisces to Aries and back again, so for all practical purposes, this year will be your hardest. You are getting it done, dear Virgo.
There is no destined outcome ever in astrology - the outcome is always up to you, dear Virgo. I will admit that the challenge that is presented when you have Uranus opposition the Sun is often so jarring that people do often choose to sever the relationship, and quite suddenly, too. However, the universe is on a mission to present you with certain information that you must assess about a partner, and then decide what to do. If the relationship is special to you and you care about this person, you may decide to work through the problems presented. (Of course, it takes two to tango, so hopefully your partner will be as dedicated to the relationship as you will be, if this is the route you choose.)
Sometimes this aspect has a different manifestation, one that emphasizes health. I had this aspect, Uranus opposition the Sun, as a teen, and at that time the birth defect that I had reached crisis stage. I stayed in the hospital eleven months at age fourteen. You might say it was the worst year of my life, but I disagree. I say it was probably one of my best, because my doctors finally figured out my very complicated health difficulty and found a way to treat it effectively, once and for all. I had a series of very tough surgeries at that time, but I was on the road to a much better, healthier, and productive future. Life is how you look at it. Other Virgos may not have health problems but will experience a complete life change, say, by moving to another city or country, by making a major career switch, or by making another kind of complete break with the past.
One thing is certain: These types of aspects create a very clear turning point in one's life. Be glad for them. If there is something Uranus will not allow, it's stagnation or indecision. If you don't make a decision, Uranus will almost certainly make it for you. Choices tend to become very obvious, though, and after you make it you will not want to go back to the past, and that's good!
Before I go, I would like to point out some special days this month to mark on your calendar.
On July 10, Jupiter will conjoin Neptune in the second of three such meetings in 2009. You experienced the first on May 27, and the last will come on December 21. The combination of these two planets is just gorgeous, for together they will help you express a high level of creativity - ideas that can be translated very profitably. You may have received an interesting phone call or email on May 27, and now you may take talks to a new level. If you didn't experience much at the end of May, you will have another chance now to launch something new and highly creative. Anything having to do with computers, the Internet, new communication forms, or humanitarian / social issues will receive an extra blessing.
Speaking of ideas, July 16 brings Mercury in perfect angle to Uranus, so your mind will be receiving an amazing level of stimulation. This is a day to brainstorm by yourself or with your team, or to present ideas that are dear to you. This is a four-star day.
If you need a follow-up meeting, chose July 20, when Mercury will be so cheerful to Mars. On this day, your professional status will rise, and you'll find it easy to make a good impression on higher ups, too.
Summary
Your plan for July should be to travel during the first week to get a much-needed break. After that, you'll need to be back, for your career will enter the most vital, brilliant time of 2009. If you crave a promotion or new job, be prepared to interview in earnest between July 11 and August 26. The more you prepare, the better you'll do. Also, think back to discussions and interviews you had at the end of May or in the first week of June. Those talks now may go to a more sophisticated stage.
The lunar eclipse July 7 will bring a romantic situation to an exciting culmination if you are single. If attached, you may get engaged or married or seriously consider having a child. A fantastic social event will arrive soon after the solar eclipse July 21.
If you are a Virgo born September 14 to 22, you are likely under stress over a romantic or business partner. Alternatively, you may be addressing a major health issue or making a complete life change. Take good care of yourself - and I emphasize that. Put yourself first, for you must stay strong. You will surprise yourself with how well you come through this period. Virgos with birthdays that fall in August or prior to September 14 have already faced this challenge, so you can rest. This will not come again in your lifetime.
Look forward to a series of days where you could show your creativity to the max: July 10, 16, and 20. These are all days when you'll shine brightly, so show the world what you can do.

Treat yourself to a delicious vacation July 1 to 10.
Your career will begin to skyrocket from July 11 to August 26 - there would be no time for vacation after that.
A social event may prove to be highly memorable and important: within one week of July 22. The plans you make and the discussions you have all have massively important implications just after this date and in weeks to come.
You may find the event bittersweet, however, for a friend may announce a relocation plan to a new city or make a complete change in lifestyle. You may not be able to be able to see one another in weeks or months to come.
A love relationship will be your full focus at the July 7 full moon. It will be time to decide to stay and commit your love, or call it quits. The odds are strongly in your favor of being quite happy with the way things go.
Creatively, you'll be operating at peak levels in the first half of July, doubly so from 7-11.
Those who are attached will do exceptionally well July 2 and 16-18 as spontaneous travel or study in a classroom or lab increase warm feelings of closeness.
